Layouts Using My Stash...

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday,

Sorry didn't get on yesterday to post, but it was so very busy around here. We are having beautiful weather, but I really wish we would get the rain we need. I can stand the thought of going through a water restriction year (I have a pool, so I always have to pay when there is water restrictions).

Well enough of that and lets get on with the good stuff. LOL I was really proud of myself this past Sunday. I was sitting in my craftroom not able to mustard up any creative juices. We I started going through some of my older papers scraps (left overs from CTMH paper packs). When I found 4 sheet of Scholastic paper and 1 sheet of the Superhero paper. The Scholastic were easy to figure what I was going to make with them, but the Superhero 1 sheet, well lets just say I was looking at it going "I think it will go into the Garage Sale I am having in March. So started on the Scholastic and from out of the blue I remembered someone doing a western theme layout using that same paper. I wish I could remember who it was, but that was before Pintrest.

Well here is the Super Hero layout I came up with: YeeHaw - Wanted

Not to bad, for a throw together. LOL I did add some buttons, 1 designer brad and some twine. The Die Cuts are all from my vast Cricut Cartridge Library.

Now on to the Layouts that are a different spin from some I have seen on the Pintrest and FB a different take on some of the same types of Layouts..

So there are the 2 -2 page Layouts I made using the Scholastic Paper Pack. I also added some brads, and buttons from a Mini-Melody set and some Bo Bunny brads from my old scrap supplies. The Die Cuts are from the Artist and Artbooking Cricut Cartridges. Some of the Die Cut coordinate with CTMH stamp set C1521 - Approved.

Here is the 1st one I did called: First Day - Ready, Set, Go.

Here's Layout 2 from Scholastic: School Days - Think, Grow, Learn

Well, I hope you enjoyed my layouts that I cased from others and added my own twist. They are simple layouts with the papers, but become good when you add the embellishment, titles and accessories.

Hope you all have a blessed week.

Kathryn
